I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1996 and after beginning my career working in group practices, I established ‘Hillosteopath’ in 1998. Since then I have treated professional sports men and women including an Olympic gold medalist, GB eventing riders, professional golfers and tennis players. My practice is divided between two locations; Croydon and Aylesford. I am committed to helping my patients help themselves by giving postural advice, recommendations for exercise (both stretching and strengthening) and guidance with remedial treatment they can continue at home.
I have a keen interest in sports and sports medicine and play tennis, use the gym and frequently run long distances. I live in Warwickshire with my partner and our two rescue dogs. My hobbies include photography, baking and cinema and I have been a student at ILA (Institut Linguistique Adenet) in Montpellier where I studied French.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please telephone or email me via the Contact Me page.
